In order to export electronic products to the United States of America (USA) one has to comply with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations.

Kiwa Dare performs measurements in accordance to FCC Part 15 and FCC Part 18. Kiwa Dare Services is a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) for EMC with regard to the Mutual Recognition Agreement between the European Union and the United States of America (MRA-USA).
